Sometimes the small decisions we do today can have a very big impact in the future.
Kwing's Entrepreneurial Journey
2011, I was deeply in debt, resigned from my job and is looking for a job when I discovered an opportunity that could change my life 180 degrees. I was very skeptic but I realized “why not? If gadgets, dinner, travel na walang balik pinag iisipan ko, bakit sa pwedeng yumaman dun ako nagdadalawang isip?”
The day after, I said YES to the person who invited me and it was the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey.
The Journey
It was very difficult for me. I can clearly remember that I hid my first inventory inside my pedestal because I was afraid that my colleagues might laugh, ridicule and what others would tell me if they saw me sign up in a business opportunity that is very unpopular at that moment.
Beginning is the Hardest
I experienced lots of rejections and discouragements from the people closest to me. I was about to quit during my first months but I am grateful to the people who supported me during my first days and the team, XTRM1-11 because they validated that my decision was unpopular but I made the right choice.
I attended trainings, spent more time immersing myself in the team and I met a lot of people more successful in the business. What’s surprising was those who are successful are willing to help me and have guided me. In 2014, I decided to go full time with this opportunity. Being a full time USANA associate has its perks and challenges but in my experience, having control of my working schedule, office, and spending time with my family and loved ones is a better option. It was one of the greatest decisions I’ve made in my life.
